- The transporter will take payment for the whole purchase, including handling charges, upon delivery.
- Only local money will be accepted as payment for COD (PKR).
- Only in-person transactions such as COD payments, refunds, and exchanges are permitted.
- We do not give refunds; however, we will issue an online store credit for the whole amount with fewer delivery fees in exceptional circumstances.
- If we decide it’s essential, we reserve the right to suspend, hold, or cancel an order.
